Are your donuts made with dairy or eggs?
Yes, our everyday showcase donuts have: wheat, egg, soy and dairy ingredients.
Do you have any vegan or gluten free options?
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday of every week we offer 6 different Gluten-Friendly donuts! View our menu here. Gluten Friendly options are posted weekly on our social media pages. At this time, we are no longer able to source the ingredients for Vegan donuts, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to bring them back one day.
Why do you call your gluten free donuts "Gluten Friendly?"
We take every sanitary measure possible to create a safe donut for our Gluten Free fans. This includes: sanitation of the fryer and fresh oil to be fried in. All of our gluten free ingredients are stored in an isolated section of our kitchen. We decorate these donuts in a sanitized area, and keep them stored in a Gluten Friendly showcase that never has any other donuts in it. Our Gluten Friendly donuts are made with all gluten free toppings and icings. However, even with all of these measures taken, there is flour in the air due to the nature of our donut shop.
Do you have any donuts that are both vegan and gluten free?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have the ability to create this donut safely.
I have a peanut allergy. Are your donuts peanut free?
Some of our donuts do contain nuts, and we unfortunately cannot prevent all cross contamination.
Can I save my donuts for tomorrow?
While we make our donuts fresh everyday, we still recommend consuming them on the day of purchase. We have many toppings including cereals and graham crackers that may get stale after one day being exposed to air.
Do you have nutritional information?
Unfortunately, with the amount of different donuts we have, and how often we rotate them it is not possible for us to provide accurate nutritional information at this time.
How far in advance do I have to place an order?
If you are placing a standard showcase donut order, you can place it for same day pickup using our online ordering feature. If you are placing a custom order for anything that we do not carry in our everyday showcase, we ask for at least one days notice.
Do you deliver?
We do same-day delivery through our online ordering system. It is 3rd party ordering, so any delivery fees are based on the delivery service, not us. Any large catering orders or orders over 6 dozen can be delivered by our team, with advance order placement, depending on the availability of our staff. You can always call our store with any questions regarding whether your order qualifies for this.
I placed an order on a 3rd party app for delivery and did not get the donuts I had chosen.
We try our hardest to keep our 45+ options stocked up for you; however we do run out of some flavors for periods of time in the day. We always attempt to reach out to our customer when this happens. When we're unable to get in touch, we will substitute out for the donut we have that is the closest to the one you ordered.
I would like to cancel my custom order or pre-order. Can I get a refund?
All custom orders can be canceled and receive a full refund if they are canceled at least 1 day in advance. Any same day cancelations or no-shows will not receive a refund. If it is an online order through any 3rd party app, you must reach out to them to get the refund. If it is a Square Online please call our store.
Can you ship my donuts to me?
Due to the nature of our donuts being made fresh everyday, we cannot ship them to you. They would not make it through the temperature or shipping conditions to you safely.
